Definitely not, that's 16 units and all of them are very content heavy and require a lot of time.
Tell your sister to do 12 or 13 units instead. She might want to do all of those subjects however she has to be realistic about her subject choices, as she's not going to be able to have enough time to study for each.

This in the long run will jeopardise her marks, and maybe her social life as well as she'll have no time to see and go out with friends

Shes already done econ as an accelerated course in year 11.
Is it still to much?

Yes, it's still too much just because they are such rigorous courses. If she can cope with the workload until the trial exams she should wait until she sees what subject is her weakest and drop it.

Its only 13 units then. Lots of people used to do this all the time before they changed the rules. They coped, so so can today's crowd.

It would be a fair bit of work, but I guess it is manageable if you are dedicated and have the aptitude. You mentioned in a previous thread that she goes to James Ruse, so I will assume that she is quite capable.

And she does latin at a Saturday school...not sure how this works but apparently you can use it for HSC
