Dang man, whats the point in that?I have maths ext 1 open book test inc in 4 weeks, how hard will it be and how much time should I dedicate myself studying for this test?
We can't really tell you how hard it will be because we know nothing about your school.I have maths ext 1 open book test inc in 4 weeks, how hard will it be and how much time should I dedicate myself studying for this test?
Why would you disadvantage yourself by doing that? While I agree it is a useless test, everyone else in his class will have every formula they need on a sheet of paper. If he has a mind blank in the test and can't remember a formula, he will lose marks and ranks when he could have had the answer right in front of him. It might not be preparing him for the HSC exam, but assessments are about doing well, not exam practice, so you utalise every advantage given to you.dont bring any paper in and do the test without any thing on you and in proper test conditions, after preparing for it at home.
Not really. My school ranks ~250, and I found my schools papers harder than Ruse's.It really depends on your school rank. Mine's 150 I think and our open book in year 11 was so easy - didn't even need the formulae or whatever. But if your school ranking is good <50 or something then it may be hard, or very hard. Hope the exam went well.
