Yesterday at circular quay with a few friends. We walk under the train bridge with an odd smell which we all distinguished as burnt sugar. A few said it was a nice smell. Then after walking back, I spotted massive 5 garbage bins that are the size of a small car.. They could be smelt from 30 metres away and they were definitely the source lol.
