i want to major in mathematics in the science, so do some of the courses overlap?
Yeah, MATH1131/1141 obviously overlaps. The set of subjects I listed above is a typical combo. Worry about maths in second year because you need to have done MATH1231/1241 first before starting a lot of your Mathematics courses.

I wanted the gaps for lunch time :)
I'll walk in 5 minutes late to the lecture just to eat half a sandwich or something.

And I can also drink water to fill me up in a moment.

Then again I have double hours compared to you.

and ouch the amount of lectures/tutorials you have is killer
Should be fun. I'll have to run from place to place aswell (especially on Tuesday as those buildings are far from each other).

What do you do when you have a clash? Why is it that when I tried to enrol into MATHS1131 course, it says no results-which possibly means there is no classes within my chosen teaching period-what do I do? I don't get how to remember all the times for the timetable-because when you manually select all the classes, there are so many options and times, how do you remember everything to prevent clashing?-please help-I am so so confused right now...

I had the same problem with trying to remember (got really frustrating). In the end I just wrote down the times of the lectures/tutes I wanted onto paper and then tried to make a good timetable with the available options from there.

Add the subjects which you are going to do (you should have 4 of them).

Then click view class timetable. Then click on the one's you have to do and choose the times you want.

Then click add and view your timetable. Once you are happy with your timetable, enrol into the subjects.

I guess I have two choices now, one is to go to sleep and wake up super early in the morning to make my timetable. The second choice is to wait until the sit has finished maintenance and make another attempt, I've made a lot of attempts over the last two hours-just took me forever to get my head around this entire system, am tossing between whether I should do a physics or psychology subject as my last science elective. Because since the site starts maintenance at 12:45am, and it is just past that, technically there is nothing I can do except wait. I get so incredibly anxious fearing that all the times will have been filled already.

What do you mean by click on the one's you have to do-don't you have to do all the subjects? What I get really confused about-from my memory, is that for example, for one of the chemistry subjects, on the lecture sections-there was two choices, I didn't understand all the different times of the lecture-are they like the available times from which the lecture can be held? I didn't get why the first lecture had more times to choose from then the second one... Is there a button down the bottom of the timetable after you view it to allow you to enrol into your subjects?

After you enrol into your subjects, can you change your payment options, i.e. from paying upfront to HECs? Sorry for so many questions-it is just that I am super anxious about this whole entire thing...

I did the same.

I also used octangles and circles (rectangles was terrible for me).

I ended up scribbling down on 4 different papers and finally got the one I wanted.

Can you clarify what do you mean by rectangles, octangles and circles?
