I have had a few dreams where I am aware that it is a dream and I have never had a dream where I cannot control myself. Dreams I particularly value are the ones where I die (it is always painless, almost strangely euphoric) and I go into the afterlife, because there are so many amazing things you can do in your mentally construed afterlife.

Lucid dreaming, for some reason 97% of my dreams are lucid! it's nice sometimes but then when you have a dream when everything is dark and something is suffocating you and you know you're dreaming and can't wake up

Lucid dreaming is scary as hell when you know you're in a nightmare and can't wake up.

If that happens you kill yourself in the dream lol.. Like in inception
