Here's the question:



After looking at the sample answers, asking for HR strategies was hella misleading. They just pulled some knowledge from the other sections of HR and bullshitted the answer.



In the event I'm tripping out and derped it, where do the above mentioned directly link to the strategy section of HR?

(II) Global - (IT specialists) outsource to a country which can provide this function for less money and still have the skills e.g. India.

Yeah, I see no key words from the strategies component. That would probably work too, but the one's I did I think far better suit it.

Hmm I'm not sure, but even if they do and your answer is still legit in a sense and satisfies the marking criteria, you would get full marks. It's Business Studies bro, relax

If in doubt it gets run by a head marker. Was that an HSC question or something? If so that suggested response is heaps weird.. I guess if that's a suggested response than something else fairly creative, even it it's not explicitly in the HRM syllabus under strategies would work. Although I personally would stick to the strategies defined by the syllabus.
