But why does it seem to happen in predominately muslim countries in middle east and africa?? But however i never seem to hear it happening in more modest places in indo and malayisa

Fail to see how snipping off a bit of an infants penis makes him a better Jew or Muslim...

It does wonders on preventing HPV and HIV, don't think a 2 year old kid would be sexually active though...
