A fantastic three-part doco coming our way! I honestly can't wait!!!

Here's some fascinating background reading and some excerpts from the docos, until it airs this Tuesday night

A short clip from the doco and a lengthy article --> http://www.abc.net.au/news/2015-06-...-bullying-claim-in-the-killing-season/6513070

Sarah Ferguson: Rudd & Gillard interviews were “intense” ---> http://tvtonight.com.au/2015/06/sarah-ferguson-rudd-gillard-interviews-were-intense.html

The implications of the doco for the current Labor Party --> http://www.theage.com.au/comment/bi...the-ruddgillard-downfall-20150605-ghhmzs.html

Looks really interesting. Can't wait for all the dirt to be dished. The hardest thing will be deciding who is telling the correct version of the story though.

Absolutely loved instalment one of the series. Very well done. Especially loved the "People are complex" moment from Jenny Mackin, video below

I particularly liked how Ferguson lets the interviews tell the story in the doco. I literally cant wait for tomorrow.

Julia Gillard gave Kevin false hope such is the precarious nature of politics. Politics is a hard life and a hard business. Kevin Rudd was the triumph of the human spirit defeating the second longest serving Prime Minister John Howard. To be Prime Minister of an extraordinary country you need to be an extraordinary person such was Kevin Rudd. Both Kevin and Julia never tackled a second best option. They never threw a policy fight. They went for the big ones. People may call the big picture into question but in the end it is the big picture which changes nations.
