should be able to get an atar
i was also threatened with a n award for business studies because i didn't do any of the hw or other class work. Although i did complete my assessments with above average marks, so i guess they couldn't exactly give it to me lel

Depends, if you didn't complete the work and get a reasonable mark (or however they do it with TAFE courses) then you have not really completed the Preliminary course properly, leading to possibly having to repeat if you don't fulfill your Year 11 Learning Contract and other...contracts

Don't know how to works with TAFE courses or people who do more than 12 units, but thats the general thing I know. I have also never been close to getting threatened to do my work, assessments and exams. So.

it just really wasn't what i expected and i really didn't enjoy it, i have been all of this year but i have missed the last 6 weeks its only 1 lesson a week for 4 hours so i haven't missed to much, i just hope i can simply drop it next term and continue with yr 12

Sometimes, even if it wasn't what you expected it to be, it doesn't mean you suddenly drop dead and do nothing. That isn't life. You just chug through it and do "just average" and get it over and done with.

My bitchy side says "I hope they take your ass back and you have to repeat" as karma to you for being complacent. But otherwise, I hope it is as simple as just dropping, I have no idea how TAFE works, but if you fulfilled the other 12Us properly (with I think about 80% attendance overall and a passing % for all assignments/assessments/exams) then you should be fine

If I remember correctly if you get below 30% overall mark, you get a n award
