It's good one a week or so. Buy 2kg worth should last maybe a month or so if you keep it in the freezerstill when chicken is like $8-9/kg

Didn't do anything that fancy and just cooked the salmon as is. May try this next time though, any recommendations for herbs?

Salmon is a little burnt but still tasted really nice
