Just to chip in my two cents, i did creative first (took me 30 mins), essay second (40 mins) and short response last using whatever remaining time i had.
It worked really well for me since i had both essay and creative prepared and the stimuli were pretty generic so not much brain power needed.
I did require more time for short response since i kinda had to skim through the texts and try to answer the questions as detailed and insightful as possible. But it was worth, got 15/15
At the end of the day, its up to you and how confident you are with each section

Do you guys have any suggestions on creating a generic enough creative? I've created two but found that I had trouble moulding it into the stimulus, even for the trials.

Or even, any samples for great generics.

Make the plot focus on the experience, and not on details. Make the details up during the exam to fit the stimulus.

For example, a crime story wouldn't specify "the crime" when you prepare it, just the experience of those who went through it.

Now that trials are over, what are you doing atm?

Since we had trials early, we still have one more exam block. I had chem test last week, and am currently preparing a speech for english and doing an assignment for phys.
I should be done all assessments by next monday. After that ima chill and relax for 3 days and then work my ass from there till the last exam of hsc
