Is Work Experience only limited in Year 10? (1 Viewer)

I never got the opportunity to work experience because my school is an ass and never publicised this BEAUTIFUL OPPORTUNITY to me when I was in Year 10. However, I was considering getting into Journalism next year in University and I was thinking perhaps I can nudge my career advisor to score me a work exp. somewhere.

In Year 11 we still could go camp so some people can go to work experience during that.

It really depends on how your school manages your timetable tho.

As ProdigyInspired said, there were opportunities such as camp where people could go on work experience instead + a few of my friends had huge gaps in their timetables because of study periods so that also offered a viable time.

What's the point? Look for a part-time job and do the same thing but get paid. The school just provides to you work certificates.

Sure but the school only provides the program during those periods.
Ask your career advisor. As I said it always depends on how your school manages their annual schedule, since our exams are on during the work experience period.
