My brother just finished year 10 and we're moving to the north shore (emergency move) which is 2 hours away from where I live now. Just wondering if it is too late to enrol him at North Sydney boys HS? He got straight As in both reports this year.

Yes it is way to late to enrol him into NSB since the selective applications were done a while ago

There are other schools in the local area that your brother can enrol into such as Chatswood high and Mosman high

SHORE is a private school. I don't know whether or not OP's brother wants to go to a private school
