I had put downswing as my answer for the whole exam, and just as the HSC administrator lady said pens down I had a sudden urge to change it to recession, which I did lol... WHY

I thought question 21, 2015 was remarkably similar to the report. So I just ctrl-c crtl-v my answer and extended it.

it's looking like a 17/20

for question 12 I did C and I feel like it's right, but who knows
i think they'll accept both since in terms of business studies a recession=downswing and it differs when talking in terms of economics

oh for that question I've accepted my fate, I heard it's unlikely they'll accept both

I was talking about the legislation question for which I put Work Health and Safety Act, and I think it's right

If you google both Acts and have a look at their respective provisions, you’ll see the Return to work plan is evident under the Worker’s Compensation Act, not the WHS Act. Also, textbooks discuss it under the WC dot point, not the WHS dot point.

Can someone explain why question 14 is normalised earnings. I thought normalised earnings were earnings which removed one off or unusual items that will affect profitability. Isn't the hairdresser
including it?
