For those who have done the cssa math ad, how did you do the . question
How I did it:
1. Derrive f(x)
2. Recognise it to be a GP.
3. There is a limiting sum as it said 0 < x < 1, and r=-x
4. Do limiting sum formula
5. Integrate limiting sum formula to get f(x)
6. Sub in x = a and x = b

Yeah my school was supposed to replace that question since we haven't finished series and finance in time for the trials. They replaced 4 other questions but forgot this one. I can do the question now but I was seriously doubting whether I missed something from the logarithm chapters.

Hi I'm new! :)
I'm looking for advice on how to deal with overly competitive classmates during the trial period, like the whole hoarding resources thing and having secret private tutoring is something I find incredibly frustrating when people keep bringing it up and I want to focus on my exams and it keeps making me doubt myself as well as just being a distraction. So does anyone know what I should say or how I should deal with this?
Anyway hello to everyone on this forum again and good luck during your trial exams!

Lol don't let others acting like fags affect you, just do your best, also, you don't need to say anything at all, no one's forcing you to.
