Can you have like an anecdote or story within ur discursive to help show ur idea
yeah its actually really good to have an anecdote cause no 1 its really easy to make one up and write about and no 2 it shows a personal expereince of the topic you are discussing

Anyone got some actually good discursive ideas they can send or just say on here, pls would be very much appreciated. just in case you know (hope we can chose)
mines about identity, and how belonging to a singular place is outdated, but its in our multifaceted sense of identity that we can redefine our meaning of home

I dont get how u can use literary techniques in a discursive, cause isn't it mean to be more formal
discursive is just a structured stream of consciousness so you could argue the opposite, it's less formal. Like I'm literally using tangents as a literary technique since Spotty Handed Villainesses is a tangential speech.
