wait what did u guys write abt for the industry study
for part b it was like how org a has more financial abiltiy to buy automated machinery and cause of hiearchy and do specilisation whilst Oragiasaiton b can have safer whs measures cause its a flat org and outsource from other firms to be efficient

i mainly talked about how org a's structure would favor efficiency due to it's hierarchial sturcture (autocracy, higher ups, etc. ) compared to org b's structure which would favor production quality due to it's flat management structure (democracy, everyone has an input, etc.)

omg phew ok i wrote the same, do u remember what u wrote for part a about the advertising and marketing bc i feel like i was repeating a lot of what i said in part b about the hierarchy

yeah no i did the same as well and that's what i feel like, but i tried aiming part a towards: org a can market themselves as a firm which focuses on the efficiency and getting the solution done for the client cause of it's hierarchial sturcture, compared to org b can market themselves as moreso of a creative agency which focuses on the production of the solution cause of it's flat management structure

i talked about conflict resolution mostly like how Org A has higher management who can help solve issues while Org B is flat structure so more people would have to help solve issues thus would be less productive.
I also did a bit on Org A being better for specialisation.
We all got there in the end haha
