Ok so basically my sisters friend got a 94.50 atar and ucat of 90th percentile and got unsw medicine???????
she got offer for: Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine - full time

how the fuck did that work???????
Hey so they likely either had rural status, or were part of UNSW's gateway programme.

Nw but it's not as easy at it seems. I've heard it's quite competitive too. Maybe try aim for the stats of that person. With a 94.5 ATAR (and if they were from GWS) they would be eligible for WSU too (but their UCAT might need to be higher). Good luck!

wait at the bottom where it offers bridging courses for ext 1 math, is that bc you need to study ext 1 math for medicine?? because ive never heard of there being any prereqs for med (except maybe chem)

No I'm pretty sure English is the only prereq for Med, and chem for some other unis. They offer "bridging courses" for chem and bio for those who didn't take it in High School.
