    ahh that really sucks! physio cant help? apparently (i havent read the manual) the stronglifts manual says that if you fail, drop the weight by 10% and continue on from there.

    replacing deadlifts with something else that does not involve legs, preferably a back thing since friday is a back/bi day. out of action at least 1 week i reckon, maybe 2. just did a couple of no weight squats and it still hurts a little when standing up >:/ i'll just wait for it to heal up...

    i can bench a bit over my bw and i can nearly almost squat 1.5x my bw and my deadlift is 1.5x my bw, but im not just gonna focus on deadlift, i'm still gonna keep doing everytying. i dont think it matters if you're lacking on one of those three things, i'd still keep doing everything, those are...

    bench 1x ur bw, squat 1.5x ur bw, deadlift 2x your bw. those are sort of standards, so try to aim for them first imo.
