apparently (i havent read the manual) the stronglifts manual says that if you fail, drop the weight by 10% and continue on from there.
replacing deadlifts with something else that does not involve legs, preferably a back thing since friday is a back/bi day.
out of action at least 1 week i reckon, maybe 2.
just did a couple of no weight squats and it still hurts a little when standing up >:/

his family might not like you, that doesnt mean HE does not like you (unless he explicitly said so)
i can bench a bit over my bw and i can nearly almost squat 1.5x my bw and my deadlift is 1.5x my bw, but im not just gonna focus on deadlift, i'm still gonna keep doing everytying.
i dont think it matters if you're lacking on one of those three things, i'd still keep doing everything, those are...
