Congrats everyone! I managed to scrape in to cosmo (Yay!). I was really surprised after I got my disappointing results (84 & 89), i guess the cut off point was a bit lower this year... btw, I know of 2 more who got in to cosmo and 1 for philosophy from my school

Based only on people who came to my selective school this year i would recommend you go there. It's true that if your motivated you'll do fine anyway but a selective school is sure to help. It will be much more competitive which should motivate you more but some people just prefer to be top of...

I considered this. It would solve the problem but wouldn't apply to all exportors so i can't see why he would include it in the book if this is the only reason, especially considering it's the first point. Thanks for the help guys but i still think it's a bit iffy

In terms of foreign currency: yes In terms of AUD: I don't see why export income changes at all And we're referring to it in terms of AUD because we're talking about negative impacts within Australia.
