I recommend looking at http://www.topscores.info/select-nsw.php#pagehere to see approximately how many band 6s your school gets each year :) that should provide you with a rough guideline for the ranks you should be getting. This isn't that accurate, though, as cohort strength varies from year...

As strawberrye said, everything in moderation! I have a friend who was so obsessed with beating another friend, that she had a nightmare about being beaten by her lol. Now that's unhealthy.

tbh, everything seems profound after studying hsc english haha. i've seen someone write a huge piece of analysis on bananas in pajamas and the alienation they felt at the prospect of not wearing casual clothing or whatever like the teddies and rat.
