I'm not sure about the other universities for law, but I was told there are an extra 50 CSP places for the University of Sydney this year, which could explain why its cutoff remain unchanged.

If you are 100 material and you got it through your own marks (i.e. you didn't take someone elses HSC mark for your assessment rank mark) it does not matter if you go the best or worst school in the state.

You mean number of Band 6/E4s. My friend actually went through and counted them last night, with the help of Excel and it's 818 I think.
If it's number of people with ten units at least band 6/E4, then there's 92 or something.
