Most places accept online application. I handed my resume in directly to a Target employee at the "Customer Service" counter (the place where the do returns and stuff). She took it and said she'll pass it on to the manager.
Most retailers accept applications online. It depends on where you're applying at. For example, Target has an online application system but also accepts resumes+Application form directly at their stores. I recommend looking at the actual site. Seek is a little brief. Hope that helps :)
Majority hasn't but I've gotten a rejection letter from Woolies and Big W but I've applied at different stores and they haven't gotten back to me yet :(
