Yes, it should. The UAI is a product of UAC. EAS is a product of UAC. If the uni wants to use your UAI, they also need to use your EAS. Otherwise, they'd have to use your raw HSC marks, or just your uni marks.

That's pretty unbelievable. After getting all low 90s for my subs last semester, and knowing how much work went into it, I doubt anyone could get 99 for any subject without the convener severely not applying bell-curve and allignment.
