    yeah true.
    i was gonna buy the latest nile, behemoth, and insomnium album, but then i just downloaded em :eek:
    im such a pirate :(
    i was hoping to find some album+tshirt+poster or something deal with the release of those albums, came in too late for the nile one :(

    yeah loved that album.
    after downloading that, i got the rest of their discog, didnt really like the rest that much.
    i'll give their latest album another listen sometime.

    also: Encyclopaedia Metallum: The Metal Archives, that and wikipedia are my top references for checking out bands :D

    Mine have gotta be Ron Jarzombeck, Greg Kubacki, Nicholas Andrew Sadler, Graham Reynolds, Dimebag (of course), Layne Meylain and stuff like that, more rhythmic and grindy than muhummed, more prog and tech, I suppose too.

    normally i dont like american metal bands, but nile is probably the only exception.

    sweden, finland, poland, come up with awesome mdm and dm bands like insomnium, in flames, dark tranquillity, amon amarth, bloodbath, behemoth, etc.

    at first i was into punk rock, rock, and whatever came on video hits or the radio.
    then i heard a rammstein song when i was in year 9 and i loved it, rammstein kinda introduced me to metal.
    then a friend told me about this egyptian death metal band called nile, i checked em out, and i loved it :D

    yeah i like snoop, and some 50 cent, and i also like some Rob Thomas/Maroon 5, and Justin Timberlake, but all i ever listen to is death metal, lol.
