jst wondering what every1 thinks about recruitment agencies..... im pretty despo for a job but i kno nothing about these agency things.... like once u join or whatever do they find u something fairly quick and is it just temp jobs or what? Do u still have to go for interviews and shit or...

yeh thats my prob.... my mind don't work cuz im nervous... i mean i psych myself up and i feel ok about getting the job b4 i go..... but as soon as i sit down in front of em it all goes out the window...

k i been looking for a job for ages now and altho i've had quite a few interviews i havent been offered anything yet... mostly i think cuz i totally suck at interviews... In terms of confidence i think im getting there but my main prob is when they ask an unexpected question my mind jst goes...

Well im even more stuffed then u ppl.... i jst finished 2nd yr uni and i STILL have no experience. So yeh i guess im reduced to jobs like maccas and hungry jacks (i dont mind tho ill b grateful for ANYthing i can get)... i already applied to 2 stores that had vaccancies but i heard nothing...

yeh im not worried about the confidence and dress and general stuff..... i can do that..... im just scared about what questions they'll ask..... and if i'll be able to come up with decent answers.... and come up with them before other ppl do....

yeh.... they called me back today and i got a group interview at bankstown... i feel it will be a waste of time too.... i mean i failed coles myer group interview so what chance do i have? still better to have a go i guess? but wtf we have to do a speech? uughh... and what sort of questions am...

yeh i applied for this too.... i think they called me today but i didnt hear my phone... damn gotta remember to turn it off silent more... anyway do u's think they'll call back or do they have that many ppl as it is that they wouldnt bother? and yeh if they do call back any tips for group...

man u ppl make me feel soo dumb. Everyone here got past their group interview so easy, but me... well i got rejected. Not that i was expecting to get past... but still what are my chances of ever getting a pt job? Everything is friggin retail so if u aint 'suited' to that then ur fucked. Neone...
