  • hmm, i find my church is full into 'speaking in tongues' when you receive the holy spirit. It's all great and that, but I personally don't believe that just because you're blessed with the holy spirit means you will suddenly be able to speak in tongues. I believe that we're all blessed with a different gift of the spirit. Most of us will never speak in tongues. I don't think it is superior above the rest, at all.

tbh, what's more important to me is the faith, not religion. Religion won't save you. Faith alone, on the other hand, will. So, in saying that, I do not feel it essential to attend church, Others disagree with me.
    hehe. rly? awesome.
I'm thinking of switching because I visited an Anglican church for a school excursion, and learnt alot about it, and it's like pentecostal cross catholic. It's like an inbtwn, and I liked it. The core beliefs are still there, they just worship differently :) I think it is good to experience different denominations so you can see the different customs et cetera.
Just, not Catholicism =[ I do not like Catholicism. (The irony? I attend a Catholic school lol).
fair enough. what denomination is your church?
i attend blue mountains city church (pentecostal church)..
however im kinda slighting towards attending my local anglican church instead.
p.s. go the holy spirit :D
