I'm trying to apply for selective (transferring to year 11), but unfortunately received a B for English. Although I will most likely have straight As except for English, will this be enough? Please let me know!!!

I'm talking if anyone leaves in term 1, I'm not going to try out for this school again.

The reserve list ends on the 30th of April btw. Edit: I got the date wrong and it is 6th of April, making matters worse lol

Note: I cringed when I wrote the title thread. In year 9, I applied for Girraween high school, entry for year 10. I have now known that I am in the first position on the list, but now the question stands: do I have a chance?

But yeah, it is easier in year 11 as there are more spots in other schools

I'm in year 9, transferring to year 10. It is actually easier to get into year 10 as there are 20 more spots instead in year 11.

Mine was Reading: Top 80% Maths and science: around 5% Writing: 10-9% Abstract: Top 1-2% (These charts give me brain damage, it could be 3% like kkk579 said but IDK) Overall: 10-9%
