there's only one class that l have to go to on tuesday- the phys1121 lecture which goes for like an hour l would much rather take tuesdays off than spend like 4 hours of travel for one lecture is it okay if l skip an hour every week? is it really that important?

it's confirmed. this happened to me too. l put in the results of all my subjects, where english was 80. l got 80.25. but when l put in 81 it gave me 86.55, which matched what the other calculators got. atarcalculator.com.au has a glitch in english and should not be used

l think they had a low band 5 cut off point, and a huge band 6 cut off point which left the state at like 40% band 5 and 3% band 6 for chem and phys

chem's probs the highest 2 unit scaling subject there is. an 80 in chem scales your atar up to 88

basically everything will scale you down drastically, since you're below that crucial band 5 point in your subjects. even standard english will scale you down. yeah l know the feeling :/ engineering will scale you down the most, probably to the 60's. don't be surprised if you get something...

l got a low band 5 l was 3rd in my school, which had a crappy cohort l was expecting it to be a mid band 4 but l'm pretty happy, l took the easy route but still got a band 5 lol

assessment marks mean NOTHING l just realised that yesterday. l got overconfident and thought my assessment marks would bring my hsc mark up, but l did crap in the internals, and got a crap hsc mark for my subjects. the teachers really should tell you that your assessment marks mean jack squat...

deswa- yes they were a bit... different, but people in previous years people were alligned higher. trans- those people studied like hard out and probably expected higher

l got 80 for chem and 82 for physics. l thought l'd get band 6 for both. seems that nobody here got more than 91 for them. what the hell happened? it was an easy exam but it wasn't THAT easy.
