Wait until Week 1 when you get your subject outlines and it'll tell you your breaks per subject.

    semester dates?

Most street parking around UTS is $2.20 per hour (but only a maximum of 2 hours and there are heaps of street inspectors always...

Though what Jamsi said was quite valid and it's something that is hard to pick up and learn when you start uni.

    First-year IT Camp 2006

Special conditions are not just for people with language problems. It could also mean stuff like if you happen to fail a subject and you go to appeal, then they might not be as easy on you because you didn't do the exam (especially if its a more non-technical IT subject).

    First-year IT Camp 2006

The English test is really easy and stupid, so don't worry =p. I'll consider the zip/upload thing.

I'm taking a pillow, lol. You can use the UTS wireless network, but you need to download this wireless client to make it work. Refer to http://www.wireless.uts.edu.au for more info.

    First-year IT Camp 2006

Some of the activities on the first day may require closed-in shoes, but its right before dinner, so you can just keep your shoes on during dinner and take it off afterwards.

    First-year IT Camp 2006

Doesn't take long to pack. I guess you got some time in the morning. Just make sure you are there before 1pm!

    First-year IT Camp 2006

They store your large bag in the trunk of the bus, as this won't really fit on the bus. So, don't feel like your restricted to a really small bag, but don't bring a lot of stuff either. Remember, you'll have to carry it around :p. You can take a smaller bag on the bus if you want (not too big)...
