The USYD 'Get Fat and Fail' thread

9.5 to 10 hours and 2500 words to go. Bloody New York and its teachers' strikes of the late 60s. A can of pepsi (again).

The USYD 'Get Fat and Fail' thread

Ah, it's the end of the semester, and there are always a number of assessments due at this time. However, in my case these essays are actually taking the place of an exam (one is an optional tute paper, and the other is just a major essay). I also have a major assessment for another unit without...

The USYD 'Get Fat and Fail' thread

One essay down, another to go. Sadly, it's a bastard of a thing at 3500 words, and I am going to be stuffed by the the time that it is due (4pm Friday). It's also going to be crap, but that's no longer a concern. Oh, a can of pepsi - it always sends my gut into a spin, but it's useful when...

It's exactly what many people on this forum (such as loquasagacious and withoutaface) have said in the past, so I really don't know why you are questioning the existence of the economist in question. Also, it's hardly cowardly if the economist spoke to the reporter yet asked to remain anonymous...

    Checking E-mails using Outlook 2003

Change the setting required for outgoing mail to that of your internet service provider (eg, use smtp.dodo.net.au rather than smtp.usyd.edu.au). The instructions could be make the above clear, but I guess that they just think that everyone will know to alter the settings should they not be...

    The official IR reform thread!

It's quite strange, isn't it? Workers and employers are supposedly free to 'negotiate' an agreement that suits both parties, yet the legislation disallows a great deal when it comes to Union involvement that may well be supported by both the employees and the employer. --- Opinion - Finally...

School students and the right to take part in strike action

... I know that you are merely twisting the question in order to make a point, but surely you know why your question doesn't even deserve a proper reply given that the answer is more than apparent to anyone with an ounce of sense?
