    need some help ~

    1. u should redo what ever subjects u done shit in. (by the looks of your UAI all of them) 2. whatever suject u repeat the latest attempt will over-ride your 07 attempt. if u say go 80/100 in english, and u dont want to repeat that then the 80/100 in07 will still count. e.g if you got 60/100...

how do i get into uni?

not that expensive $120, u can be considered for the Late round. application by jan22 so worth a try, better than waiting 1 year and then trying and then may or may not get in. at least if you try now, and if you dont get in, you can work your way to get in at 2009, like do a 1 year tafe...

    Transfering same course, diff. uni

why not, there is no need for either uni to find out about the other. just dont expect the two courses to combine. however its probably best to do the courses at the same uni, like a double degree, coz you will get credit for units done, so you finish it earlier

    Waivers

normally exemptions and credits are considered at subject enrollment time. this is at 1st semester or 2nd.

how do i get into uni?

your UAI is not relevant anymore. only your LAST ATTEMPTED COURSE. which is UNE. work out your GPA in that course. assume you passed 10; failed 2, you probably got a GPA of around 3/7 ... which is an equivalent UAI of around 70 (just a guess) so yes it is possible. what course are u looking at?

    Transfering same course, diff. uni

MQ yes, UTS possible, UNSW forget about it

    Transfer Q's

yeah the NRSL index u would need a 6.0/7 mark. thats like 4HD's and 4 D's for the 1st year. not easy. if you drop in a Pass then its stuffed. its much easier to get UAI of 98 than an equivalent NRSL index of the same mark (on the upper end of the scale anyway, as in high school there are a lot...
