it depends what context the question is if it is an email to your friend or a postcard go for it whereas a question like a job application or something more serious dont use it.

go to the board of studies websites and look up past papers my teacher has the tape and exam papers from every listening test going back 15 years ask your teacher if you can borrow them and she can give you the tape and paper its really good practise
