If you still have a Yr 11 textbook - go over all of it. Does your new teacher know about your Yr11 situation? Tell them you feel your preliminary knowledge is lacking. Obviously a teacher wouldnt exactly repeat information in year 12 that they had delivered in year 11, they might skim over it...
