I don't think you necessarily have to get it during O-Week. I got mine during the first week last year in one of the stalls near Donut King and the Commonwealth ATM. God I hate lines, I try to minimize cattle-ization when I'm in the city.

Arts students can do EDUF courses... normally those who do use it just as a filler. You could always do the 3 BA years then an Education masters. That's the other alternative. So did it really go up? Up to how much? It was going down consistently until this year.
