    An hour into the exam, I seriously was considering walking out. I almost cried. It was crime and it was the short answers. Crap. Please excuse me while I die. Its soooo a hello band 4 its not funny. Crap

    The Short Answers (aside for the sources fo int law and doemstic law), the other ones was like 'WTF are you on about?!' The MC was easy. Just the short answers. Access/justice and that 5 marker. o.O What did you guys put for the 5 marker? something about changing societies or whatever.

    Genocide is the attempt to wipe out a race. And the actual doing. There are heaps of examples. The Jewish one which I'm sure you know, The Rowanda one, The Armenian one just to name a few.

    You can adopt critcical theories but you dont need to quote critics as such.

    You don't really need to quote critics. In fact if you over quote, Markers are going to think you didn't have any input in the interpretation. Part of the syllabus wants your own interpretation.

    Frontline gets my brains in a twist. I have a hard time differentiating between those three levels. The marker is prolly going to be like 'o.O'
