    Campbelltown or Parramatta Campus-Urgent Help

Go for Campbelltown, it has greater facilities and is a lot more greener than Parramatta. MacArthur Square Shopping is also across the train station along with some great restaurants and movies.

    quick reply please

There are exceptions, the Courts (Common Law system) interprets statutes where it is ambiguous which may indicate Statutes maybe at time under will of the Courts. But generally, where Statutes are clear and unambiguous, the Statute prevails.

What Makes Usyd Law So Good Anyway?!

Sydney Law School has an edge because it has very strong (seemingly exclusive) connections with most of the top tier law firms since most of their partners stems from the university, the same can be said for UNSW Law School. It is perhaps also the first and oldest law school in Australia...

Please get that stick surgically removed from your arse. Congrats on getting into MSJ Monzi :). I recommend that you do HECS combined law degree and then transfer, unless you're really really rich. There's two windows for transferring, when you finish your first year, and when you completed...

    Law & GPA

BHHS, it takes an godly amount of hard work and willpower to get a HD average, especially when the excitement of uni wears off after a few weeks... A decent hardworking student's GPA is around the high credit - low distinction zone. Whilst hard work is definitely a big factor, I find law to be...

Which Campus Should I go to?

Go for Campbelltown, its a lot easier on the eyes and hellva greener too. The shopping center is across the trainstation and I find the people are a lot more 'nicer' there :). edit - You'll also find a gym at C'town, where as Parra does not.

    Employment Question Hsc Type

Think how unemployment is measured. If overall participation increases greater than employment growth (both are healthy traits) then unemployment would increase. So why would participation increase? It is assumed (for the neo-classicalists at least) that all workers optimise between leisure...

Chances of getting into USYD law?

I think the requirement is a bit lower if you complete your degree first then do grad law. I rang them up, they said a GPA of around high credit (5.8+) with a low 90s UAI should make you quite competitive.

MAJOR question about uni course transfers!!!!!

UWS is a lot less stringent on internal transfers. If you do like a business degree, and transfer after 1st year, a D average makes you very competitive. I don't think you'll be set back in terms of doing a combined degree, it's still 5 years. You can also transfer at the end of your degree, but...
