You mean the Ratio Decendi ? Anyways, the problem with Law is that its encrypted in the whole judgement, you'd have to read the whole extract to understand what is the law that the Judge is espousing.

References - can u use to many?

Problem with too much referencing is that you're relying too much on other people's ideas, in some works, you're suppose to form you're own critique or perspective on the matter.

    Contract: Postal acceptance rule

When it says "contact me by Sunday 12am about your test results" does it mean that the reciever must be notified of your test results by that date? Woes About understanding CAD

Umm... I am not too sure about the recession bit, care to provide any examples? The only reason I can think of is that the economy is more vulnerable to change during a recession, thus, allowing microeconomic reforms to take place. A strong economy is very apathetic to change due to the...

    Woes About understanding CAD

A recession isn't going to do any favours, even if foreign debt is reduced, the % of GDP as foreign debt will likely to increase. ANd if businesses can't pay back borrowed money (which doesn't really matter since its equity), credit rating is still going to plummet and that's only the...

    Woes About understanding CAD

6% is what OECD/IMF/World Bank considers as danger zone, a moderatley unhealthy CAD should be about 3%. Problem with Pitchford is that it assumes perfect information, or in other words, all investors have incredibly perfect forsight and never make a bad investment.
