I tried dwonloading that... it downloads but before installation (or whatever it does) it says "cannot find the specified file"

I just re-installed Windows 200 on my shitty old computer so everything is nice and fresh, only problem is, I can't download anything including MSN!!! When I try it comes up "Cannot find specified file" blah blah etc. If anyone knows what I can do, it'd be really helpful... thankyou.
