The other week I asked if I could start an hour earlier in turn for finishing earlier and my CSM was fine with it.

I was just using the 'customise my timetable' feature to put block off certain time periods, and it gave me an example timetable of what it might look like with those changes and I didn't like it, so I just closed the window - the last official timetable I saw is still the timetable I have isn't it?

If I choose to block out an entire day/two 5 hour periods, will my new timetable just change the units that were within these blocked out times or can it potentially change everything?

LOL. I've gotten "Can I have menthol?" And the lady looked at me like I was stupid when I tried to get her to specify which brand and then she asked if I was new even though I've been working there for nearly 2 years...

It's ok to just hand in the Tax declaration form without having the tax file number on there...or just wait until you do get it and then hand it in. Just tell your store that you don't have your TFN yet and it'll be fine. For a month they'll just tax half your pay.
