    Computer Labs

Are the computer 'labs' open during this time of year? I ask because tute rego is coming up, and my home PC has dial up... last thing I need is to be logged off during rego and get screwed over. Im asssuming the library is open, but cos ctown has things going on in their, Im not gonna rely on...

cars around 30k? sp23 or civic sport?

My mistake.... Toyota I dont think have any sports cars here now Yeah the Euro would easily beat it, Ive raced my friends Euro and its prity much even... has alittle less torque BUT it has semi-auto or at the very least a smoother changing transmission, more responsiveness as its newer etc...

cars around 30k? sp23 or civic sport?

Well there are rumours the Supra is making a come back... but ummm dont Honda still have the S2000? And lol please DONT mention the Tiburon... I shyte you not my 14 year old V6 Camry can easily beat them - they have 123kw (20kw less), 245Nm of torque (15Nm less) and weigh 60kg more...

cars around 30k? sp23 or civic sport?

Not really... the last supercharged V6 Holden had (VY) did 12.5L per 100km... thats better then any V8 by a long shot. Fact is more fuel is needed with forced induction, but still with V8s you have to feed two more cylinders and lug around an extra 200kg, which aint gonna do wanders for fuel...

    P-Plate Restrictions

^ Its not going to help da death toll much, and if you look at previous years as Ive mentioned before and that article I posted also mentions, there is NO trend each year, the rate goes up and down...even though new laws were brought in during that period. Fact is, theyve already done all...

cars around 30k? sp23 or civic sport?

My opinion on this thread, Im not a fan of the Civics, the Mazdas look better...and looking at a survey of the most reliable cars, Mazda > Honda in terms of reliability as well. Performance wise, they are both slow, so who cares. Lol for $50k in regarsd to the Integra, there are alot of...

    turbo, yo.

Lol I think just dw about it all together. Buying a second car means more expenses, buying it - rego - insurance - maintenance. With the Yaris, doing it up is going to reduce its reliability, cost a fortune and not even be powerful. The only real option if you want more power is to sell the...

    turbo, yo.

Yeah I looked around, RUMOUR has it that TRD is coming out with a boosted Yaris in Aus soon... so ah I think it would be alot cheaper just to buy that, whatever the difference is between what you get for your Yaris and what the TRD version costs is stil going to be alot cheaper then modding your...

    turbo, yo.

Lol well it depends on how much boost he runs... Im sure if he runs it high it would be fast, and the car would last a week as well. I would imagine a supercharger is impossible (tbh Im not sure if there is enough room for a turbo as well...even relocating the small battery on these cars etc...

    turbo, yo.

I dont know heaps about turboeing.... but tbh I dont know why you would bother on a Yaris. Its gonna cost a fortune I would imagine... you need to upgrade brakes, suspension, exhaust, injectors, intake etc. And I dont know with the Yaris, but my friend has a Getz which looks likes it has a...

    Mitsubishi Lancers...

^ Yeah it just depends, like my Camry has a tranverse mounted V6... so everything costs a fortunate, like for the timing belt its$700, being mainly labor costs!!! Spark Plugs are also quite expensive to get done as they have to remove the intake manifold. But because all you need to do in...

    P-Plate Restrictions

^ I dont think that will occur, with the seatbelts thats because people were less worried about crashing as they thought it would save their life no matter what. Knowing the limits of your car wouldnt have this effect, it would reduce crashes particularly among young people because then they...

    P-Plate Restrictions

I kno this thead has died alittle, but I found this article which was right on the money (prity much summarises what alot of people here have been saying).... READ: http://www.caradvice.com.au/1121/road-toll-reduction-a-new-approach/#comment-13107 I particularly agree with how stupid it is...

    Would YOU drive this ?

Lol yeah... prity sure in the past I remember him saying he had an Integra (ableit not a new one) and a newish Accord. Anyway Im not really against parents getting their kids something like a Lancer if they want to, it shytes me though when its like a $40k car etc... not jealous, but I...

How would one pack on muscle with basic equipment and little to no supplements

My fav site is : http://www.shapefit.com/training.html Its not just still pics, it shows you the starting an ending positions of certain excercies etc.

    Would YOU drive this ?

I dunno... they are ridiculously overpriced. And its not because of the badge like in the case of a BMW etc, or because they are performance car.... its just because little kiddies have demand for them. I remember when my friend was looking for a car, 98 or so Lancers with 90,000kms were going...

    Would YOU drive this ?

Yeah WTF... a Lancer is a prity common first car for any gender. I was expectin like an old peugot or something, they remind me of chix cars, but realistically any car is good, as long as it drives!

How would one pack on muscle with basic equipment and little to no supplements

Id say get a bench and a dumbell/barbell set... will set you back I dunno, $250 or so. But this is a one off cost, and you can excerise every muscle with these as long as you know the correct excercies. And at the end of the day, you can resell them on ebay and get some money back!!!

    Mitsubishi Lancers...

^ A problem you will have is for around $5000 it will be hard to find decent cars under 200,000kms. And if you do, Lancers aernt the most reliable car going around, so anything over 100,000kms and even after inspecting it etc... your still just gotta hope that it lasts. Personally Id go for...
