No they are stupid. The only way you learn how to drive with passengers (ie focusing on the road instead of the drunken conversation) is through experience, having one year with a single passenger will do nothing... and by the time people get their greens they will then have full passengers...

Check online as everyone has said... also though go to dealers because it gives you an idea of what you get for the money... just looking online you might see cars that are great deals but when you actually see them in person you can tell the pics taken were very generous on their condition...

Exactly... and tbh only a very small minority of crashes reported are even related to speeding! Honestly, I drive 500kms+ a week... I recon I see alot more full license holders going way over the limit (20km/h+) then I see P-platers, and a hell of alot more full license holders doing 5km/h+ over...

Hey... just wandering is it illegal to not carry a spare tyre? I say this because my tyres have wheel lock nuts that I didnt get the key from the previous owner, and Im prity sure the tyre size is also different from the spare... so the spare is prity much useless and just adding needless weight...
