Go ahead and skip them. I didn't show up to many after the first few weeks/didn't listen even if I did show up and found that Yeung's lecture notes were quite adequate by themselves, if you read them at home. I ended up just missing out on a hd...then again, the course is different for each...

Ouch. Didn't you say you studied for accounting for two weeks straight? It pays off working throughout the term though because I only had one night between finance and ACCT1511 and I got 85 and 92 respectively...no worries though mate :D

I know commerce students arent allowed to do geneds until they have completed 48UOC...but what happens if you want to substitute a course you did in first year towards your gened requirement, is that allowed?

We get our subject marks through email by 9am 8th December, but I guess you can extrapolate your final exam mark by subtracting the marks of all your other assessments, unless of course they have decided to use scaling in that particular course

For the free options in a commerce degree, are you allowed to do extra subjects in your chosen specialisation, even if they dont go towards the major? Like for accounting, can I do the 7 subjects required for a double major, and then just pick another ACCT course that I find interesting and...

Well that's not really the point is it Most of us were expecting to be provided with calculators. Besides, that wasn't the tricky part for me, all in all the MC were harder than the practice ones they gave us on Vista

Macro was alright (multiple choice were a little tricky), except for the no calculators policy, and the numerous dumbshits who went to the wrong exam room.

The final was alright, I just hope they dont give you a big fat 0 for making one mistake at the beginning of a section :worried: Couldn't answer all the regression stuff either

QMB was alright i reckon, now looking forward to three-day pain starting on monday
