    Working Overseas

hello. i believe that through some uni career websites, or faulty websites, overseas firms often advertise there!! I am from UNSW, and i remember seeing a few firms offering Christmas period work for the Commerce faculty overseas. Or i think you can arrange some work overseas via STA travel...

Why do people care about Corby

OMG, i can't believe how deep V her top looks in most of her appearances! Yet i have benefit of the doubts, that do not make me think she's guilty, nor innocent (coz no prove on that either eh?)

Is Sydney airport security adequate? the system trustworthy?

Yeah it could be true that guy at Maccas could have easily done anything in the food. Or call me over sensitive about such issues. and yes, give me a job at Today TOnight or A Current Affair whatever. However, i think what people must not ignore is that, the airport is supposed to be a place...

Is Sydney airport security adequate? the system trustworthy?

http://news.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=37663 So today's news reported that a customs report revealed that there are criminal offences going on at Sydney airport. As scary as it sounds 'The report also said 39 security screeners out of 500 had serious criminal convictions, 39 had minor...

    Would you boycott bali?

I think it will sound really stupid and ignorant if we boycott Bali just because of this case. Wasn't the Bali bombing more serious and provoke more resentment? Is the sentence too harsh? It might seem harsh in Australian terms, but she is very lucky to have got that instead of life in one of...

Schapelle Corby - Innocent or Gulity?

I am gonna think of her as innocent until she has been proven guilty. There are too many questionable points in this trial. I don't think she has been given a fair trial (and the officials probably know it, maybe that's why they didn't give her the firing squad).

Ever thought about what you REALLY want as a career?

I have thought really hard about it. I used to think i can force myself to do something i don't want. I was planning to be an accountant (~yawn~) until i realise what the heck i am thinking? so yeah, i did some thinking and i know that it would be great to get into tourism and airline...

Muslim cleric: women incite men's lust with 'satanic dress'

oh gosh, you know what's disturbing? I just read an article that women who wear lose clothes, baggy clothes and all cover up (hence, don't dress femininely) get raped in South Africa coz they are seen as lesbians and men rape them in attempt to 'turn them straight'  :eek...

    Anyone ever gone on exchange?

i only went to a 3 month exchange. a semester will be better if you actually wanna learn the language. Although the idea of one year sounds really good, sometimes people do get really home sick towards the end and sometimes they even get sick of the country. but it's a really really good...

    Flight Attendant

Flight attendent's requirements vary accordingly to the airline. For safety reasons, there's like a height requirements between 158 to 183cm depending on the airline. Some airlines measure with arm reach instead. Not all flight attendants are air heads. Nowadays, a lot of airlines require them...

    Cheap Flights

umm don't know about your first question, but your second question, it's half true half not. it's like in Australia, they offer a 5 bucks ticket, only to add it all back with taxes and fuel surcharges

    europe in winter

i was in Europe for winter last year. It was freezing but i love the cold!! the weird thing is that i wore the same thing (probably one layer more) for European -5 degree as being in Sydney winter 5 degree. it's quite nice and you get that archaic feel to it! it would be fantastic if your trip...
