    The answer was correct, your working wasn't. You had to take into account that the second moment of inertia was given in mm4 and therefore you times the initial moment which was 10^6 by 10^-12 to bring it to metres and thus giving the 10^-6 which you would use. You just got lucky they didn't...

    Yep so many in my class was thrown but as soon as i saw it i got the crux. Loved it, but i did Supp, Shakespeare the Supp because my first supp was my strongest.

    I'm sitting the Engo exam on tuesday. I really like it, it's my favourite subject. If you like some maths and have an interest in why things work that sort of stuff you'll like it. THere's a fair bit of memorising in material science but it all overlaps. I highly suggest it.
