Is this the Excel HSC Physics book?

    Travel time to UNSW?

You'd be surprised with how many people say that as a backing point for them going to UTS, pretty stupid if you ask me
  4. proringz

UNSW or UTS, that is the question...

If you take a train to central, might as well take another 10-15min bus ride. Also, who cares if UTS is in the city? you go to uni to study not because of what's around it. unsw is pretty much a city in itself anyhow

    Travel time to UNSW?

I know someone in Asquith, says it takes him 1.5 hours. For me it takes between 1 - 2 hours from Beaumont Hills depending on timing of train and buses or if I drive, which is much quicker.

    The Coles Thread

If I were you, I'd probably just ask the service manager for some shifts. I work in service, and it's easy once you get the hang of it but there might be a few times where you get stuck-just ask the supervisor/manager in that case. In our store, everyone gets trained in service so if it gets...

    Rules for Customers

Yes, this one. I hate it when people say 'oh no that's not mine' and act as if I'm supposed to see the magic invisible line between their and other person's items. we can't always keep track, so put a bloody separator idiots

    Rules for Customers

I work in service and I couldn't care less whether they leave it in the basket or unpack-depending on your height, it requires pretty much same effort getting from conveyer belt as getting from the basket. I'd actually rather them leave it in, especially in express.

Yeah the registers at my store always beep randomly, pretty funny since it beeps when no ones even there Yeah, I had to do that on saturday, except for me it was 4 hours and not only french sticks but freshly baked cookies (M & Ms, double choc, choc chip and anzac) and also the mudcake

    Calculators

Agreed, it's always been that way for every test where a calculator was allowed for me and I was well aware that we needed to get it approved.

    Macro problem

    1. A pretty much implies C, from okun's law. Since actual unemployment > natural so the RHS of Okun's law is negative. Thus, LHS (output gap) is negative too. 2. Well, the formula gives beta as negative, but sometimes the law is written with beta postive. If we use the formula given in the...

    The Coles Thread

Well, I'm not actually sure if we're actually allowed to do it but I do it anyways as 'customers come first'. I personally don't see any issue (other than its annoying) but i'll ask my manager about this

    The Coles Thread

Nah, what's worse is when they ask you to stop every $30 so they can get like 5 vouchers

    PASS leader

Yeah, I think it's tutors that need the extremely high marks, but for PASS leaders I reckon distinction would be around the marks you need.

    Fastest internet in NSW?

I'm currently with Optus ADSL 2+. My speed (in my sig) is pretty slow compared to others on ADSL2+, which I think it is due to the long distance between my home and the exchange. But in terms of service, Optus is great and the net has never disconnected (unlike other providers). To answer the...
