Yeh, but top companies do ask you how many D's and HD's you got on their applications, and i believe thats how they eleminate people for interviewing.

MQ i think is kind of slack in not recognising people who achieve HD's. We put so much hard work into acheiving a HD but it still worth only a GPA of 4, same as a D. SO it is to no benefit when transferring internally. But it does look better for job applications when they ask you how many HD's...

Not true. you will still be ranked by the SNG's defined by a HD. That is, you will be ranked from a SNG of 85 onwards. Hence you will still be ranked. In reality this will never happen, as stated by flyin'
