    government funding health=inefficiency because they're not concerned with saving costs, they have to spend the money allocated to them in the budget, otherwise they'll get less in the next budget. they're not worried that they wasting public money, because it only means they will get more in...

    personally, i think education should be publicly funded, but health privately funded. because education concerns with escaping the povery cycle for disadvantaged people. on the other hand, people seems to abhor the idea of paying to see a doctor, after all, they spend, say $30 at a hairdresser...
