yeah, messages took 2-3 attempts before it gets sent and then sometimes it took up to an hour before they arrived.

It took so long to get in if you were on a bus before about 1pm. All the buses dumped everyone at the northern gate...barely anyone used the gate on the other side (my friends drove in and gained entry in less than 5 minutes). After about 1 or something they started dumping people on both sides...

It depends on the advisor really. Some are really lax some require a good reason (and usually employment will hold up...even if it's trying to make a 4 hour break into a 2 hour break or something). The one time i went down there to get my timetable changed the timetable advisor was my tutor...

the engineering double degree? I think that's only for BE/BSci and it works out only if you plan to major in some of the subjects taken as part of the engineering degree. At least for the electrical/telecom/etc streams (the major has to be either physics, maths or IT...otherwise it gets pretty...

credit average should get you into a BE/BSc degree. I barely had a credit average and was able to transfer from BE.

no breaks is pretty hectic. i had 2 days of that in my 2nd year...then again, for me, the tutes/labs were around lunchtime so i never got to eat lunch properly. i got nominated for exchange @ guelph, but it wasn't my top choices (yeah i had to google it too), so im deciding either go on...

you should be able to transfer into most courses with a distinction average. i barely had a credit average and was able to transfer into eng/sci (uai is about 90-93 for that i think?).

yeah i've done that so far, but i dunno how the tutorials and labs will fill up and stuff though. I'll probably go in and wait in line anyway...any excuse to get out of work :P

depends how much you buy at uni. I probably got about half the value of the card last year (a few manning shows discounts, a few uni party discounts...i usually bought 1 or 2 meals a week from around uni (that's about $40 worth right there)
