How do they judge this though? Like if you think about it, how could you possibly tell which Uni is the best without actually sampling all of them? Sure, it's easy to pick a uni like Harvard for the first position, but how do you differentiate between the 200th and say the 196th?

OMG some people are dense :) Yes you right a report, but in the answer you only have to give suggestions regarding one marketing strategy not all four (i.e. product, price, place, promotion). I did all four but I was told you could do 1 and still get the marks...
